Income Requirements: Combined household gross monthly income greater than 2.5 times the rent ($3,625.00) or full-time student status. Proof of income or student status required. Income verification required.

Once approved, a lease signing is required within 72 hours and the first half of the security deposit must be paid to hold the unit until move-in day. The lease signing and payment can be done in-person or electronically upon request.
