Tenant Check: Each adult prospective tenant (18 years or older) is required to complete a tenant background check ($57.00 per applicant, third-party fee, non-refundable) which includes: National Criminal Search Instant State Data, National Sex Offender Data, OFAC/Most Wanted Searches, SSN Verification/Address History, Bankruptcies, Full Credit Report with Resident Score, National Eviction Search

Security Deposit Total: $2,290.00. First half of the security deposit ($1,145.00) is due at time of lease signing, final half ($1,145.00) due at move-in. Security deposit is refundable upon move-out inspection.

Income requirements are combined household gross monthly income 2.5X greater than monthly rent, ($5,725.00) or full-time student status. Proof of income or student status required.

Credit Score Requirements: Credit check is required.

Application Process: Applications are first come, first serve upon application and background/credit check approval. Once approved, a lease signing is required within 72 hours and the first half of the security deposit must be paid to hold the unit until move-in day. The lease signing and payment can be done in-person or electronically upon request.
